Trade Ordering

The minimum order is £120.

All our recipes (both Original & Forage) are sold in quantities of 15. Please ensure you order in these quantities or you will not be able to complete checkout – 15, 30, 45, 60 etc.

Trade Delivery

Delivery is free on orders over £500.

Please note that regardless of any specific opening hours DPD delivery will be made between the hours of 8am – 7pm, Naturaw cannot be held responsible for deliveries made during this entire window. A 1hr slot will be provided on the morning of delivery. Please note that where required an option to upgrade to AM delivery for £5 extra is available at checkout.

Orders under £500 incur a £15 flat rate delivery charge. We heavily subsidise this but costs from couriers and our insulated packaging mean we cannot offer free delivery on all orders.

Delivery will be made via DPD, or on a pallet service if larger by prior arrangement. If you qualify for orders in our own electric vans we will contact you directly with details.
